Announcement on behalf of subsidiary Chang Hwa Bank Venture Capital Co., Ltd. for the acquisition of the right-of-use assets from a related party.

  1. 1.Name and nature of the underlying asset (e.g., land located at Sublot XX, Lot XX, North District, Taichung City): Part of the office space located in 10th floor and 2 basement parking spaces at No. 57, Section 2, Zhongshan North Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City. 
  2. 2.Date of occurrence of the event:2021/12/02 
  3. 3.Transaction unit amount (e.g.XX square meters, equivalent to XX ping), unit price, and total transaction price:The lease agreement was entered on December 2, 2021 for leasing 67.19 ping office space and 2 basement parking spaces. As signing the lease agreement, the rent of the office was NT$2,649 per ping per month, which made the monthly rent of the office to NT$178,000 (tax included), and the monthly rent of each parking space was NT$11,500 (tax included). Thus, the monthly rent was NT$201,000 in total, and the value of the right-of-use assets was NT$9,897,132. In 2023 and 2024, the monthly rent of the office was adjusted referring to the change rate of the consumer price index (CPI) compared to the CPI of the same month for the previous year, and per NT$1,000 as a unit, the amount below a thousand dollars is rounded off. The current rent of office has been adjusted to NT$2,768 per ping per month started from January 1, 2024, which made the monthly rent of office to NT$186,000 (tax included), and the rent of parking spaces remains the same as before, and the value of the right-of-use assets is NT$4,867,513.
