  2. 2.Cause of occurrence:The websites of Chang Hwa Commercial Bank had been attacked by online DDoS . 
  3. 3.Handling procedure:When occurring cyber attacks, we immediately activated the relevant defense and recovery mechanisms, and the websites have now resumed normal operation. 
  4. 4.Anticipated possible loss or impact:There is no significant impact on the bank' s daily operations.
  5. 5.Amount of insurance claims that might be obtained:Not applicable.
