  2. Continue to implement internal certificate qualification, thereby encouraging employee’s autonomous development and cultivating professional quality as well as improving professional skills. 
  3.  Assign personnel to proceed to regions of Europe, US, Japan and Mainland China etc. for research and participation in international seminars. To cope with the business development trend, we expand the training for overseas branch management trainees, in order to achieve overall high quality and international financial talents, thereby supporting the continuously improving culture and the philosophy of sustainable operation.
